Brent Fulfer is Co-Founder and General Partner at TBV, an early-stage Web3 venture fund, where he leads investments and manages the firm's day-to-day operations, including its TB Program supporting portfolio companies with fundraising and go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia and North America. He previously served as Principal at Blockchain Founders Fund, a $75M fund out of Singapore, where he led the Venture Program, working with 15-20 founders a week on fundraising and GTM strategy and helping raise over $40MM for early-stage companies, and before that oversaw Investor Relations and Operations for Asymmetry Ventures. He holds a BA in International Politics from California State University-Sacramento.
