Brandon Nelson is a senior corporate lawyer who has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at JetBlue Airways and sits on the investment committee of JetBlue Technology Ventures. Through that corporate venture arm, he has been involved in early-stage investments of $100K to $5.0M in travel, hospitality and real estate/proptech technologies at pre-seed and seed. His legal career spans more than two decades across complex commercial transactions, M&A and corporate governance in travel and transportation, including prior practice at Shearman & Sterling. He holds a business degree from Howard University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.
