Ben Williamson is Principal & General Counsel at Invest Nebraska and a co-founder and Partner at Grit Road Partners, a Midwest-focused AgTech seed fund. He typically writes $100K to $250K checks at the pre-seed and seed stages, backing high-growth Nebraska and Midwest startups in AgTech, IoT, consumer health, health IT, SaaS, fintech and marketplaces. His background includes several years as in-house legal counsel at NorthStar Financial Services Group and experience as a small business owner, and he has led or participated in hundreds of early-stage venture deals while serving on multiple boards and investment committees. He holds a BS in Finance (with an Economics minor) and a JD from the University of Nebraska.
