Ben Casnocha is Co-Founder and General Partner at Village Global, an early-stage venture firm he co-founded in 2017 that backs founders across fintech, health IT, AI, data services, and consumer internet at the pre-seed and seed stages, with checks typically ranging from $200K to $1M. Village Global is backed by tech luminaries including Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg. Before co-founding Village Global, Casnocha spent two years working on special projects as chief of staff to Reid Hoffman at LinkedIn and Greylock Partners. He is also the co-author (with Hoffman) of two New York Times bestselling books, "The Start-Up of You" and "The Alliance," and started his first technology company at age 14.
