Becca (Rebecca) Schlagenhauf is a Vice President at Baird Capital, where she works on the Global Private Equity team. Her investment focus is on B2B industrial technology and solutions and broader technology & services businesses, mainly at growth and expansion stages (roughly Series A and beyond), with investment sizes generally in the low- to mid-single-digit-million range. She previously interned with Baird Capital in London and later worked in equity research before rejoining the firm’s PE platform, giving her experience on both the public-markets and private-equity sides.
