Bartosz Składzień is a Partner at Aper Ventures and is based in Warsaw, Poland. He focuses on hardware and DeepTech companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment interests include innovative physical technologies and technically complex products with strong industrial or commercial potential. Bartosz generally invests between $110K and $5.5M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $3M. As a lead investor, he contributes directly to technical evaluation, company selection, financing decisions, and portfolio support. At Aper Ventures, he helps hardware and advanced technology founders commercialize their products and prepare for scalable growth.
