Axel Bichara is General Partner at Bolt. Bolt describes itself as a pre-seed venture firm focused on the intersection of software and physical goods, often writing founders’ first checks into concept-stage, pre-product companies. Bichara previously spent 19 years at Atlas Venture, where he managed more than $2.6 billion across seven funds, and he has also been a co-founder of Premise and Onshape, as well as an early investor in SolidWorks, GrabCAD, and Simscale.
