Avi Arnon is Senior Vice President, Venture Investing at Citi Ventures, based in London and leading enterprise investments in Israel and Europe. He focuses on data, AI and machine learning, cloud and security, enterprise IT, and fintech/financial services, typically backing early- to growth-stage startups from seed through revenue-growth rounds. His usual check size is in the $1M to $20.0M range, with a “sweet spot” around $5M. Before Citi Ventures, he was an early-stage investor at iAngels and served as a privatization director at the Israeli Ministry of Finance, giving him a mix of venture, governmental, and financial-services experience.
