Ashwini Thulsaram is a Principal and Head of Governance, Business Integrity, and Closures (GBIC) at 3one4 Capital, where she manages end-to-end deal closure processes, including structuring, negotiation, and due diligence. Her investment focus spans Media/Content, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Enterprise Applications, DeepTech, and FinTech, typically at the pre-seed and seed stages, with an investment range of $100K to $5.0M. Before joining 3one4 Capital, she worked for 1.5 years at a fintech startup in the blockchain space, managing the finance vertical. Ashwini is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ University, Bangalore.
