Armindo Costa is a Partner at Chamaeleon in Lisbon, writing $1M–$10M seed through Series A checks into analytics, media/content, Web3/blockchain, enterprise, SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech companies. He concurrently serves as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, co-founded Bloomer (a wellbeing startup), and held research fellowships at Queen Mary University, University of Warwick, and ETH Zurich. Armindo holds a Ph.D. in Applied Algebraic Topology from Durham University and leverages his deep math and technology research background to evaluate and support high-complexity startups.
