Antoine Guérillon is an Investment Director at Andera Partners within the Andera Acto team, having been promoted from Senior Investment Manager effective April 2026. His investment focus is centered on sponsorless and flex-equity financing, including mezzanine and unitranche structures, often combined with minority equity, to support mid-market companies pursuing growth, acquisitions, or changes in ownership.
