Angelika Vlachou is a Partner at HTGF (High-Tech Gründerfonds) based in Berlin, Germany. She focuses on Pre-seed and Seed-stage investments across Enterprise software, SaaS, AI, ClimateTech/CleanTech, and Cybersecurity. In her role, she evaluates early-stage startups and supports investment decision-making. She is actively involved in sourcing deals from Germany’s innovation ecosystem. She also works closely with founders to help them refine their products and business models. Her focus includes both technical and commercially scalable startups. She contributes to HTGF’s strategy of supporting high-potential early-stage companies. Her role includes due diligence, portfolio support, and ecosystem engagement. She plays a key role in strengthening Germany’s early-stage venture ecosystem.
