Andrew Kaplan is a Managing Director at Bain Capital in the North America Private Equity group, where he focuses on financial and business services investments. His deals typically involve established companies in sectors such as insurance, payments and fintech across growth-equity and buyout stages rather than early-seed, and with an investment range of $1M – $100.0M. Before joining Bain Capital, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, concentrating on financial institutions.
