Andrej Busch is a Partner in the Portfolio Group at Bain Capital Private Equity and a member of the Europe Private Equity team, based in London. He focuses on logistics, transportation, e-commerce and industrial portfolio companies, typically supporting large European buyout investments with check sizes in the $1M to $100.0M range. His work centers on scaling operations, improving network efficiency and driving margin expansion in asset-heavy businesses. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 2016 he was CEO of DHL Parcel Europe and previously led DHL’s German parcel network and marketing, after starting his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company; he holds a doctorate in law and has served on boards such as Ahlstrom.
