About Investor

Andrea Mica is a Director at Oxford Technology Management, where he focuses on investing in early-stage science and technology companies. His investment remit covers deep tech areas such as materials, medical devices, hardware, AgTech, climate and cleantech, biotechnology, chemicals and diagnostics at pre-seed and seed stages, typically in the 50K–300K range. He joined Oxford Technology in 2012 and has been involved in managing the firm’s specialist VCTs and direct technology investments. Earlier in his career he worked across the technology space as an investor, consultant and entrepreneur, giving him hands-on experience with commercialising innovation.
