Andra Bagdonaitė is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Firstpick, where she invests in early-stage companies across SaaS, healthcare, DeepTech, and Marketplaces. Based in Vilnius, she works primarily with founders raising Pre-seed and Seed rounds. Her role includes evaluating teams, identifying market opportunities, shaping investment decisions, and supporting founders after the deal is completed. She manages investments ranging from $10K to $1M, with a typical target of approximately $500K. As a lead investor, she provides guidance on product development, commercial strategy, and future fundraising. Her broad sector focus allows her to support companies solving both complex scientific problems and everyday consumer or business needs. She is an important contributor to Firstpick’s mission of helping Baltic startups become internationally competitive.
