Amy Wang is Executive Vice President at Bain Capital Double Impact, the firm’s impact-investing strategy focusing on health & wellness, education & workforce development and sustainability. She invests in North American lower-middle-market companies that can deliver both competitive financial returns and measurable social and environmental outcomes, generally at growth-equity and buyout stages, with a typical investment range of $1M – $100.0M. Amy joined Bain Capital in 2021, was promoted from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President on the Double Impact team, and previously held strategy and marketing roles in education and edtech at Strategic Education and Kaplan as well as a consulting role at Bain & Company.
