Amy Nauiokas is Co-Founder, Co-CIO and Co-Chair of Anthemis Group, a fintech-focused investment platform, and also leads Anthemis Digital Acquisitions while chairing media company Archer Gray. Through Anthemis she typically invests $100K to $5M from pre-seed through later stages into financial technology, embedded finance, marketplaces and media/content businesses around the world. Her investing strategy centers on redesigning financial services with a focus on inclusivity, often backing diverse founding teams and models that rewire insurance, lending, wealth and payments. Earlier in her career she held senior roles on Wall Street, including senior managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald and CEO of Barclays Stockbrokers, before founding venture firm Nauiokas Park, which evolved into Anthemis.
