About Investor

Amira Khatib is a Vice President at Bluestein Ventures in Chicago. She invests at pre-seed, seed and Series A in food and beverage, wellness, supply chain and commerce-enablement technologies, usually in the $500K to $1.5M range. At Bluestein she develops investment theses, sources new deals and supports portfolio companies on their path to growth. Her prior experience spans marketing roles at Whole Foods Market, a natural beverage startup and a marketing agency, as well as early stage investing stints at Listen Ventures and Harlem Capital during her MBA at Chicago Booth, giving her a mix of operator, brand and VC experience in the food ecosystem.
