Alyson DeNardo is a CEO and Executive Team Coach at Mochary Method, "the company that runs companies," where she previously served as Chief Operating Officer overseeing its coaching business, tech platform, and venture fund. She built her earlier career at the intersection of company-building and investing, becoming a Partner at MaC Venture Capital and M Ventures at age 22, investing in consumer internet, fintech, and enterprise companies from pre-seed through seed. Across her career, she has built a portfolio of investments in more than 150 companies. Earlier, she served as Chief of Staff to Twitch founder Justin Kan and was the first employee at Atrium, scaling the organization to 100 people in under a year. She is based in Seattle, Washington.
