Allyson White Buehrens helped shape customer success strategy at Insight Partners, where she worked with software companies on retention, customer-facing interactions, and leadership development inside customer success teams. Insight describes itself as a global software investor with a stage-agnostic approach and says it invests as early as seed and leads Series A rounds. Before joining Insight in 2012, she was a strategy consultant in Monitor Group’s markets and customers practice, advising multinational companies on growth strategy, product innovation, acquisitions, scenario planning, and pricing.
