About Investor

Allison Kopf is the CEO of TRACT, a sustainability SaaS platform for agricultural supply chains, and an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures. At XFactor she typically writes $100K to $150K checks at pre-seed and seed into companies with at least one female founder, focusing on agtech, future of work, enterprise SaaS, fintech and other B2B deep-tech categories. She previously founded cultivation management platform Artemis (formerly Agrilyst), which won TechCrunch Disrupt’s Startup Battlefield and was later acquired by iUNU, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Data Products. Kopf has spent more than a decade building and scaling controlled-environment agriculture and climate-tech businesses and holds a physics degree from Santa Clara University, as well as a Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition in Food & Drink.
