Alison Rapaport Stillman, CFA, is a Partner at Corazon Capital, investing in AI-native companies transforming how humans learn, connect, transact, work, and live. Previously, she was Founding Partner at Serena Ventures, co-founded by Serena Williams, where she built the firm from the ground up from 2018 to 2024, sourcing and winning early-stage investments in fintech, health & wellness, and consumer, with a focus on diverse founders solving problems that disproportionately affect women and people of color. Before venture capital, she worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Multi-Asset Solutions, leading development of the firm's $1 billion US Alternative Beta offering. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and is a CFA charterholder. She is based in San Francisco, California.
