Alisa Mall is Chief Investment Officer of DFO Management, the Dell family office (formerly MSD Capital), where she oversees investment strategy and portfolio construction across the firm’s global holdings from New York. In addition to managing a diversified multi-asset portfolio, she also appears as an investor in opportunities across areas such as social commerce and real estate/proptech, typically deploying $100K to $5M per deal. Before joining DFO/MSD in 2022, she was Managing Director for Corporate Strategy at healthcare and life-sciences investor Foresite Capital, leading corporate development, long-term capital strategy, investor relations, and ESG efforts. Prior to that, she spent nearly 12 years on the investment team at Carnegie Corporation of New York, managing real estate, natural resources, absolute return and inflation-linked strategies after earlier roles at Tishman Speyer.
