Alexa M. Monti is Vice President, Special Projects at HavocAI, a defense-adjacent technology company, a role she has held since December 2025, after serving as the company's Chief of Staff. Previously, she was VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at The Engine, a Cambridge-based deep-tech startup accelerator (2024-2025), and Head of Growth & Partnerships at Monad, a data security cloud platform backed by Sequoia Capital and Index Ventures (2023-2024). Earlier, she was an Operating Partner at Harpoon Ventures (2021-2023), an early-stage fund backing dual-use technologies at the intersection of commercial and government applications in AI, deep tech, software infrastructure, and cybersecurity, where she connected startups to federally funded acquisition opportunities.
