Ali Mitchell is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Odyssey Ventures, a transatlantic early-stage venture capital firm focused on backing ambitious European founders building at the intersection of AI, deep tech, industrial technology, climate, health, and B2B software. He previously served as Partner and Co-Head of EQT Ventures, where he helped oversee investments across multiple funds and supported companies including Handshake, Beamery, Standard AI, Permutive, and Flow Engineering. At Odyssey Ventures, Mitchell primarily invests at the Pre-Seed and Seed stages, with selective follow-on participation into Series A, and focuses on helping European startups scale into the U.S. market.
