Adam Norvell is Founder & Managing Partner of 36th Street Partners, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on opportunistic and value-add industrial and multifamily properties in markets such as Southern California, Phoenix and the broader US West. In his venture-investing capacity as former Managing Director of Real Estate at Manhattan West Asset Management, he typically pursued $250K–$5M equity commitments into seed through Series B-stage opportunities in lodging, hospitality, retail and real estate/proptech. At 36th Street Partners he now leads the overall real estate investment strategy, concentrating on industrial and multifamily acquisitions and developments with significant repositioning potential.
