Adam Berger is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, a global software-focused private equity and growth equity firm based in New York. He focuses on majority and significant minority investments in software and tech-enabled businesses, with an emphasis on buyouts, growth equity and structured transactions across SaaS, data and communications-driven companies, typically within a $10M to $350M investment range. His portfolio and board work span both healthcare-related platforms and horizontal software companies, reflecting Insight’s strategy of backing scale-up-stage businesses.
