How to Create an Investor Campaign with Evalyze.ai

Raising capital for your startup is a critical milestone, and Evalyze.ai simplifies the process with its AI-driven platform. Follow these steps to create an effective investor campaign.

Step 1: Upload Your Pitch Deck

Navigate to the Evalyze.ai Dashboard. Click Browse Files or drag and drop your pitch deck (PDF format, max 50 MB) into the upload area. Once uploaded, you’ll see your file listed, ready for analysis.

Step 2: Assess Your Pitch Deck

Click Assess next to your uploaded pitch deck. Evalyze will analyze it, assigning an Investor Readiness Score (e.g., 700 out of 850). The process takes a few minutes.

Step 3: See the Result and Create Your Fundraising Campaign

Review the analysis by clicking Show Result. Your score (e.g., 700, rated "Solid") will be displayed. If satisfied, click Create a Fundraising Campaign to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Answer the Questions and Finalize Your Campaign

Fill out the campaign details:

• Stage of Your Startup: Select your stage (e.g., Pre-Seed).
• Where Are You Looking to Raise Funding: Choose your location (e.g., Canada).
• How Much Are You Looking to Raise: Enter your target (e.g., $500K-$1M).
• How Much Was Your Revenue in the Last 12 Months: Input your revenue (e.g., $0-$10K).
• Which Industries Best Describe Your Startup: Select relevant industries (e.g., Technology, AI).
• Write a Short Pitch: Provide a concise overview, e.g., "Evalyze is an AI-powered platform designed to automate and optimize the fundraising process for startup founders. It offers investor matching, readiness scoring, and workflow automation to streamline capital raising."

Click Find Investors to let Evalyze match you with potential investors. After processing, you’ll see a confirmation (e.g., 117 matches found) with an option to See the Result.

Campaign Ready

Your investor campaign is now ready. Evalyze will provide a list of matched investors, including details such as location, investment range, and match score.

Investor Shortlist

After the campaign is made, and you can see a list of matched investors, you can shortlist them by clicking the icon at the top of the investor card.

Additionally, from the left sidebar, you can now view the Investor Shortlist, allowing you to connect more precisely with your chosen investors.

Expand Your Reach

If you need more investors, create another campaign with a different location (e.g., United States) to find additional matches, repeating the process as needed.
