Roy Bahat is the head of Bloomberg Beta, an early-stage venture fund backed by Bloomberg that invests in startups shaping the future of work and AI. He focuses on very early stages (often pre-seed and Seed, plus select Series A) with check sizes commonly in the tens or hundreds of thousands up to low millions, across areas such as future of work, AI tooling, analytics, logistics, and SaaS. Before leading Bloomberg Beta, he held operating and leadership roles in media and tech and is also active as a public thinker on work and technology, writing and speaking frequently on how AI changes jobs and organizations.
