Ondrej Smolek serves as a Senior Investment Manager at Bayern Kapital, where he focuses on investments in high-tech sectors including biotech, life sciences, medtech, deep tech, and climate technology, with typical investment ranges between $100K - $5.0M. Based in Germany, Ondrej brings experience from his previous roles at Airbus Defence and Space as a Finance Project Manager, as well as positions at KPMG AG and EY. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with extensive experience in finance and investment management. Ondrej supports Bayern Kapital's mission of investing in Bavarian startups from seed to scale-up phase, helping ambitious founding teams with visionary ideas.
