Mac Conwell is the founder and managing partner of RareBreed Ventures, a pre-seed fund based in Baltimore. RareBreed invests early in founders outside the biggest U.S. tech hubs, and Conwell is closely associated with backing overlooked entrepreneurs at the earliest stage.
