Kristen Kosofsky is a Senior Managing Director at Hercules Capital, where she focuses on investments in Medical Devices, ClimateTech/CleanTech, BioTech, and Health & Hospital Services at both Seed and Pre-seed stages. With over 20 years of experience in the venture-debt market, she specializes in structuring financial transactions for healthcare and life science companies. Her background includes serving as Vice President at Comerica Bank, where she helped lead the U.S. life science practice, and as Managing Director at Horizon Technology Finance before joining Hercules Capital in November 2015.
