Gil Shklarski is a General Partner at Operator Partners, where he works with founders tackling infrastructure, developer tooling, corporate IT, cybersecurity, employee productivity, and digital health, and the firm invests from inception through Series B. Most recently, he led the technology organization at Thirty Madison. Before that, he spent nine years as CTO at Flatiron Health, growing the company’s technology organization to more than 350 people through its acquisition by Roche, and earlier built large-scale data systems at Facebook and Microsoft while also leading R&D teams in Israel’s Ministry of Defense.
