About Investor

Amanda Gett-Chaperot is a Partner at Kurma Partners, dedicated to the firm's Biofund therapeutic venture franchise, investing from company formation through growth capital with a strong emphasis on European biotech, since joining in September 2023. She serves on the boards of portfolio companies including Nuevocor. Previously, she was a Partner at Seventure Partners (2019-2023, having joined the life sciences team in 2015), and before that an Investment Manager at the Roche Venture Fund, where she spent nine years on external innovation, business development, and corporate venture. She began her career as an immunologist in academic research in Australia and Switzerland, publishing in Nature Immunology. She holds a PhD in Immunology and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from IE Business School. She is based in Paris, France.
